are ebay giving very low limits last days or same as november?

i have a account ready to the first listing to activate the seller side, still have no bank account but have the phone and credit card verified so what should i do add a vba and buy 2 cheap things and then activate seller side?

I find that to be the case as well.
the vast majority of accounts opened now get 5/500 limits to start.

I was also expecting a raise in December but i didn't get it. Disappointed.

Yes I just opened 4 new accounts, 3 were 5/500 and only 1 was 10/1,000
