i am planning to make the stealth account, i already told in my last forums i am a Indian staying at USA

today i bought the stealth book, and its amazing,

my doubt about bank account
1. for creating eBay account can I need a bank account or VCC enough for the eBay and pay pal account , because i cant open the bank account here,

2. or if i will buy verified VBA for pay-pal . in the future can i attached my bank to withdraw money, its ok for 2 bank account attached to pay-pal

You need a bank to VERIFY the US pp. A cc will CONFIRM it.

Now for your questions:

1. Your pp would not be verified with pp alone but you can use a VBA to verify it.

2. This also works well :) no problems with 2 bank accounts attached to the pp

I understand that you are Indian, and that you are residing in the US. Why can you not open a real US bank account in your real name. People from other countries residing in the US open US bank accounts all the time. It would be to your advantage to have a real bank account in your name for your EB/PP account.

You can use a VCC with no problems. You can use a VBA to finished verifying your account, but how do you plan on getting your money out? If you keep swapping funds between PayPals you could find yourself limited on those accounts. This is why a real bank account is important.

Also note that you can have a real bank account in your real name and paypal will never see your real name on your real bank account. Paypal only sees your routing number and account number.
