Question about using a UK account in the USA
 

I found this thing on fiverr:

Now this sounds interesting for sure. But, someone seems to have reviewed this sellers work and mentioned it's only UK accounts and nothing US. I'm in the US. Would it be an issue to use a previously used, top-rated established UK account in the US?

If it turns out legit, would I need to get an IP in the UK or an IP in the US? I figure use an IP in the US since I would be selling to the US only.

Let me know what you guys think about this.

There is something extremely sketchy about that post, if they're genuine accounts they're most definitely stolen. I would honestly advice against it completely.

It tells you ' where you can go to buy established ebay accounts' for $5 only.
He on youtube and facebook as well as his website, not difficult to find.
Overpriced, buys them off individuals then resells them as well as estabished ebay sellers who use them as agents.
Who in the right mind would pay 6 figure sums for an established ebay business that they could close down in a heartbeat.

Lol seriously....its $5 for "info" on where to buy accounts. Kidding me...
