Practices for keeping ebay/paypal records
Quick question on keeping records for eBay/paypal...
Do we need PHYSICAL copies of all orders we ship out? I have a nice spread sheet I bought off fiverr I could use to record ALL stealth accounts in a easy, profressional looking way. The problem is, if I were to get audited, don't they like holding documents? I save all shipping labels via pdf in folders on my computer. Should I be saving a packing slip along with that also?
I do plan on speaking with a tax profressional soon, but would like to sound somewhat professional during the appointment. Any tips on keeping records and what is needed and not will be greatly appreciated :) |
