ebay item ended because of copyright violation
 

i have a legit copy of Friends DVDs seasons 1-10. i am 100% sure that they are 100% authentic.
yesterday i listed them on ebay and today ebay ended becasue of copyright violation. however, on ebay there are at least 200 other sellers selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ copies of the same thing, so i dont know why ebay decided to screw with me.

is there any way i could avoid this in the future?

No surprise. Your competition does not like you.

Youve definately been reported by someone. Just relist. try and do it buy it now or 1 day auction so your not up long enough to get reported.

yeah... reported. I hate hate that. one guy has followed me since last summer. made big big troubles to me.

yea if your selling dvds you need to list as BIN to get a fast sale before you get reported. I learned from selling box sets back in the day, I made a lot of money but had accounts suspended over them.

Could you not simply state at the beginning of the auction listing that this is a 100% authentic box set and that you can prove it? Or does it even matter?

Will be of no use if the OP has a competitor looking to take the account down. Once the listing is under scrutiny there are problems.
