stealth email address
 

Just about to open a new stealth account following the guide.
One question:

I have my own domain and website that allows me to use my own email address.
On my current ebay account my address is xxx@mydomain.co.uk

My question is for my stealth account would it be okay to use yyy@mydomain.co.uk?

I would prefer to use the same domain name as it is more profesional and suits the trade i am doing.

It does not strike me as a good idea. It makes linking on manual review very easy.

Not a good idea, stick with a more larger platform like GMAIL that way it's just a piece of info that blends in, you don't want anything that stands out in the information end of things

Yes, agreed..blend in......don't stand out....especially waving a website flag! lol.....

having your own email on a domain you own, while it looks professional, is easy to catch you with a whois search. for stealth use gmail, yahoo or Hotmail.

It amazes me how little some people think these things through. You whole goal in your mind should be how do I make eBay think I am a brand new person who has never used this site before. Being lazy and trying to take shortcuts is just going to waste your time and money. Either make stealth the right way or don't bother. Its a 100x more complicated than it was 5-7 years ago.
