Case error Oops, we had a technical hiccup

I'm trying to look at one of my cases for an item that did not arrive and I keep getting this error: Oops, we had a technical hiccup.
It's been there for 6 days now.
And lots of other people are having the same problem.

Then if others are having problems what we can do?

Have you tried signing out, signing back in,using a different browser?

What have you done to date?

Happens a lot to be as well.
Must call eBay...Not that they will help much.
