A Couple of Quick Questions
 

1: Opened Stealth account..Whats the safe time to start listing and how many items within the 10...e.g. straight away, couple of days,

2: What system does paypal use to Confirm your personal information e.g. voters roll or any other? and apart from sending docs. whats the best way?

You need to browse ebay, bid on a few items and add items to watch before attempting to list anything.
The electoral role is used to confirm ID, so if you not on it (stealth) then it will fail and the only other choice is to upload documents.

Don't know about U.K. info, but as far as selling, I wait at least 2 weeks, sell 1 item, wait 2 or 3 weeks and list multiples....this method has got me speedy raises on 90% of my new accounts.

We are along similar lines pokerpro, we tend to like to make our paypal accounts first then let them rest for a while and then create ebay account and browse the site and like you say watch a couple of items, maybe the odd bid on things we won't win or possibly some stationery items, then start to list some things maybe from around the house of £1 shop items that might have a little profit in them, after the first month start to add more low risk items testing what we might be able to make some money on, then if we are still up and selling hopefully it's on bigger and better things!
