Building Ebay Business

I'm happy to say I am making the next steps to diversifying my items.

I am ordering a new item that will allow me to ship twice as less and make about double in profit. Shipping and material costs should stay the same. Less time, less handling, less labels = more efficient = more income!!! ;)

How often do you guys add new items to your stable?

I add to the stable everytime I find something that you have just explained.

I try an keep my inventory simple and profitable as I like to enjoy the more relaxing things in life throughout my days.

work to live - not live to work.

Basically my interest in eB involves new items all the time...I don't really have a staple of steady inventory

Exactly, thats what im finding with my current item. I swear I dont know how the hell some of these people even turn a profit at these low low prices.

I found someone selling x10 of my item for less that I sell 1, and they weren't in China. WTF?!?! Time to move on!

It's just always a risk when you get a new product, you never really know what your going to expect from the supplier. My supplier says he can send some free product samples so that should help.

You're buying bulk in big quantities? Or just a few to test it out first? I feel any item that min quantity is above 300 is just too much risk unless your research shows for sure it will sell for a profit and in good demand

Nah I would never buy 300 of anything unless like you said it was high demand. It's too much money to shell out at once, for me at least as I'm just getting back into the eBay game.

My current items I buy 100 at a time. It took me about 2 months to sell the first 100, my next order took me 3 weeks, lol. I'd say I'm making good strides. Just had to get smart about how to sell them.

My goal is to have at least 4 items that I can sell, all in different categories. That way I can mix things up a little.

That's a good number to buy, I'm myself I'm waiting on a 100 qty order right now, first time with this item let's see how it goes with it.

Building you business is keep adding those kind of products little by little to build an empire. And can't never rest on the sourcing of new ones

The quality has been excellent and hope it's consistant. I'm actually thinking about ordering 200 next order, but I think that's the max I would order at once.

Re: Building Ebay Business

On mine I ordered a sample first to check quality, very important step
