another limit raise

My first stealth started off with 10 item limit and then on January 1st i got an increase to 30.

Just checked my emails and had another raise to 90.

With the 10 and 30 limit, i maxed them out immediately.
How would you operate this increase as i dont want to max it out and cause myself problems.
Would be interested in your thoughts. My sales currently are used non vero clothing so im low risk
Thanks for any help :-)

Re: another limit raise

Gradually add more listings so that you will eventually max it out so that you can get further increases, you want to go as far as you can with it just not in too much of a hurry!

Re: another limit raise

I have noticed this with some of my stealths. It seems like a 10/1000 can jump to a 30/3000 then to 90/9000 quickly like this. Of course EB is always random.

Create account. Do not list for 30 days. List 1 item. Let it sit for 12 hours. List 9 more items to max it out. I sometimes get a limit increase within a week. Then I max out of get close to the 30 item limit. I can usually get another increase to 60/6000 or 90/9000 in 2 weeks.

This isn't concrete, just what I have noticed with my own personal accounts.

UK sellers hardly ever get these types of limits, sadly.

:faint:

Just got another increase on another account this morning.
This one went from 10 to 20.....now 20 to 90.
Im working out now to see if i can work out the differences between accounts and see what similarities i can share that may account for it unless its just luck :-)

Bunneh....its the one with the annoying postage reduction buyer :-(

High DSRs
Selling through your limits to the max
Responding to buyers quickly
% rate of sales to feedback received

The bottom being one of the main ones.

Congratulation ooooo.halo, very good :thumb:
I really remember your firsts posts in here.. weird posts with a lo.t of do.ts is bee.twee.n wor.ds ;)

You were desperate, as all of us has been, when ebay shut down our account.

You are a very good example of how stealth can be applied and how it works really well even in a short period of time.

Thank you for your contributions and updates.

I am really happy for you, well done. Brava!

I totally know you are right :-)

Thought id share this. Probably just a coincidence but will share anyway.

Acc1...never had holds from start...everything posted tracked. Limits went from 10-30-90
Acc2....never had holds from start....everything posted tracked. Limits went from 10-20-90
Acct 3.....never had holds from start....combination of standard and tracked mail
Acct 4,5,6,7,8.....all have holds on them....all combination of standard and tracked. All stuck on 10 limit

My own opinion is that what sets me different to all the rest is that accounts 1&2 have had EVERYTHING posted tracked.
It cannot be nothing to do with no holds because my 3rd account has never had holds but have posted standard and tracked.
Thats all i can come up with lol
Going to start tracking all other accounts and see if they start to get raises
