Start selling message
 
When eBay usually send the "start selling" message that invite you to publish new selling listing? 14 -30 days after opening the account?

Usually when you turn the account into a seller account - choice is yours when you decide to do this...

As soon as I publish my first listing my account turn into seller account right?
I heard once that you should wait a few weeks before publish new listings because in that way eBay algorithm identify you are start selling and they encourage you to continue by raising your selling limits. Is that true?

Once you turned your account into sellers most likely you will get it with very basic limit.
You might get lucky to get higher or you might get 0/0
Even if you get your basic limits it doesnt mean you will not get MC9999 or asked to call in 48h once list 1st item
So its like 2 stages for a start really...

I like to start selling when they email you start selling after 2 weeks i receive this rmaik hit the button in the email start srlling and list a cheap item no problem so far
