Is a different ip address evey time suspicious?

Is it suspicious if you have a different IP address every time you log into your ebay account?

To change my IP address I usually just turn off my router/modem for a few minutes and then turn it on again and check it has changed at ipburger.com

It would only be suspicious if you logged into two different accounts from the same ip.
Different ips are what you want. If you have multiple accounts be sure to check their is no cross over between accounts :-)
