Cant complete listing on ebay.
 

my paypal is verified fully with bank account and everything, the paypal is 4 years old. how do i fix this problem?

What kind of item did you list to trigger this. Is your paypal confirmed?
I guess you will have to do what they request.
Ive not gotton this far yet myself but others will have and are sure to offer advice :-)

I sold a antivirus key and after it sold, i tried to post another the next day but would not let me, my paypal and ebay are fully verified, its my personal paypal so it have my bank account and like 5 cards on it. the paypal account is 4 years old and the ebay account is 3 years old.

i already did everything it gives me no options on paypal, i have two bank accounts on my paypal and its fully verified its a pretty old account, so thats why this is a weird error to me.
