how ebay sucks everytime
This has been really bad months for me on ebay, I was really positive on selling again but ebay sucks, I sell on ebay.com, and I am located in the netherlands
my first case was a 4500 usd item, which I sold in December, and shipped the next day, it is shipped with local postnl which does business with usps.com
now the problem was, it was stuck somewhere (I think the customs), and the status of the trackingcode did not update, the buyer was very kind to wait, but did not had any other choice after 3 weeks to open a case on ebay, which I lost off course, so she got the money back,
I have to pay 450 usd dollar listing costs (I didn't know that returned or lost items also have to be paid listing costs),
and eventually after 40 days I see the tracking status was updated, and she received it, only she claims she didn't get it ??.
so what is learned from this, never sell items for that price , and never ship items during the holidays
if anyone can give me some advice to sort things out I would be pleased

2nd case (a different case)
i ship an item to the usa, (a 50 usd item thank god)
seller opens case which only said: where is item?
so i reply with the correct trackingcode which said: delivered
ebay has this very nice plugin in their cases, so you see a screenshot from usps saying delivered tot that postalcode.
now the case gets closed and guess what?: i lose
eBay's answer:
You provided tracking information that shows that the item was delivered to the buyer's address. However, the buyer didn't receive it. As a courtesy, we're issuing the buyer a refund for this case. You don't need to do anything else. This case won't be included when we evaluate seller performance. Note: It may take up to 24 hours to update in your Seller Dashboard.
i mean what the hell, so this means everybody on ebay can just buy stuff, receive it,sign for it, and then say i don't have it even if the trackingcode says i do?
i think it is time for a different ebay with no listing costs/ no paypal / respect for the sellers, and also no buyers with a lower feedback then 10 stars policy for expensive items
i didn't learn anything from the second case actually
