Exclamation New Items

So this is my very first post, I have been reading the forums here a lot and you guys/gals are obviously smart. I made a lot of money from selling virtual items, in game items like swords armor etc.. and made a very good profit. All of my listings (17 active at once) have been taken down and removed. My account is many many years old and I have 213 positive feedback etc. I don't want to get suspended but fear something may be coming soon. Anyways.. from reading on these forums you guys all seem to have booming businesses and I am just wondering what items you can build such larger profits from. For instance, my sale of items came from the time I put into finding/earning the items and then selling it to those that wanted the instant gratification of having a very good in game item.

Unfortunately no none is going to tell you what they are selling.

My advice is to try to do something that you are passionate about and at the same time do a research on the sellers on eBay.

I also suggest you grab the stealth guide while you are at it and let this account rest for a while. The guide will teach you how to operate with much less risk and prepare yourself for more success

As you have learned the items you were selling were never going to stay up these days, gaming type items and tech, mobile phones, are all high risk items and so not good to sell. find some low risk items to sell, from pound shops maybe, things that look like they are worth more than the prices they are listed at, sell some things from around your home that you no longer use, used goods are good low risk goods as well as long as they are not brand name items

Rosie, when you say pound shops, they are the equivalent to Dollar stores in USA, correct?

Yes...they are :-)

OP, you can profit well on such stores as a temporary measure to get started on a new account to stay low profile. But this is interesting Saijin because i dont know whether it is wise to go new on a new account. Is it best to start off with used stuff or sell new from dollar store but list as used.
Am i making sense. What you you think?

Read the stealth guide and research items to sell. No one is going to tell you what they sell or what category they sell in, it's a taboo issue and we don't discuss it.

Think about it this way, if you were sitting on a gold mine, would you tell everyone where it is? Lol probably not
