Below Standard with 10% DR
 

During Xmas Myhe*mes lost about 50 of my parcel which all has the item with £30-£50 value.
Courier hasn't paid me yet and buyer opened too many case and got the money back.

That looks like a pretty doomed account to me.

Hope you have some back up accounts ready to go.

Myhermes is awful. Avoid at all costs. They are very cheap for a reason.

For them to lose 50 packages with individual values of £30 - £50 really is appalling behaviour for a delivery company that seems to be everywhere these days, they are in many corner shops that they use as customer drop off points for collection by their vans, hopefully this is going resolved quickly now for you with a refund of that money.

Yea, they sent me claim form and they said they will refund my money back after investigation.

They are indeed! Shop blaimed driver, Myhermes blaimed shop..
It was one of my main account with 100 up positive FB.
