Top Rated Seller/Search Ranking

I just got my first TRS account! :cheer:

You know what eBay does to reward my account?

All my listings drop in search and now are mixed between middle/last. Before TRS I was on first/second page on most listings.

I hate them for this.

So it's congratulations and commiserations all in the same comment then solefood! And I guess that's is all to typical these days with eBay and the games it plays!

You get discount and you are meant to get a boost to your rankings, but that is not always the case.

You will earn for trust from buyers, but its a double edged sword are you will also attract more scammers.

Its just weird.

This account in particular was on first/second page basically since creation.

I have one recent defect but that was on a return (didn't fit)...

All 5 stars for dsr.

Whatever I will avoid this now...

I've had this on a few accounts - can't really say too much about it. It looks nice on your page? :) But seriously, I didn't notice any benefit.

It used to be good with catalog items where they featured you to be a top rated.. However now its just all mixed by lowest price and "best match"... Although best match is where its at with higher sales... Lowest price you get too many bottom feeders...
