best method to change IP address?

What is the best method to change IP address? I would like to open another stealth account but I feel more comfortable using another internet source. I currently use my home service. I was thinking of using a tor browser but i scared to do so. Also, I dont want to use any public spots. any ideas?

And you should be scared, you will get any account limited by using TOR.

Try looking into MIFI's / USB Dongles, Dialup, Phone Tethering.

you need to do some research. If you're asking questions like this you won't get far with running stealth accounts. Not trying to be a smart a$$.
