Fresh Business Account got suspended. Need Advice
 

Hello everyone!

I want to first thank anyone who replies this post because Aspkin and ebay stealth members have been always such a great help.

So here is my problem.

I am planning to use these accounts for a long term business retail starting unfortunately off with eBay.

Although I accidently didn't cancel my auction. Let it ran and then ebay suspended the account due to suspicious activity which I thought "yeah right"
This was fresh Business account with EIN. My paypal account is running.

So I created a new eBay account. I plan to let it age and see what happens.

I already paid 200$ for EIN and incorporation. Don't really want it to go to waste.

My question is should I cut my losses at this point. File papers for for the EIN dissolution and business or chance it and see what happens.

I know this EIN and accounts already have rocky start. Just want to get everyone's insight.

High risk item? All new info ? Cost of item? Ip setup?

This is why I always suggest not adding an EIN until paypal demands it and you know the account will last years with a solid product.

Its not a high risk item. All new info. Items at 10-20$ at max 100$. IP setup probably using a VPS.

If paypal demands it. Wouldn't ask for all your information like address phone SSN and so on.

I never understood why ****bay makes everything so hard. Look at taobao.com
Makes more than eBay and still a great success.

eBay needs to lose all its customers to see the small ones are needed the most.

I agree, but imagine the amount of sales you can make to 1 billion people. If everyone just gave 1 CNY. O man

On serious note.

I never get it when we from the west get spank like crazy on accounts. While the chinese sellers on ebay do fine when they have like 100 bad feedbacks.

Thanks Yankee. Did you ever face a hard verfication when they need the tax info. Without the tax info is it harder to get verified. Thanks

If you start a stealth account, sell up to the point that PayPal asks for tax info, then review the account, how you feel about it, etc...and decide to add your EIN, you upgrade to business, change details and add the EIN.
End of story.

You're right about 1 CNY - volume = $.

Chinese sellers experiment all the time.

We need to quit selling to domestic and just sell in China. Just 1% of the population=retirement.
