po box help
 

I am considering renting a po box for purchases. couple questions. does the name the po box is registered under matter since obviously I cant use this on stealth. also there are different size boxes to rent, the bigger ones being much more expensive. some of the boxes i will be receiving are large. how does this work? does a rep hold these up front for me?

Well at the local usps where I got my po box, they let you add a second person for reference who may get packages as well, just add another name to the po box besides yours and you should be ok. Mine is a small po box and when I get larger packages they just leave me a pick up notice so I can pick it up at the front.

It should be the same price on all usps post office, I pay $100 for 1 year.

Do a search and it should tell you whats near you and the prices as well.

I don't know where but near my location there is one that is for $84 a year but I don't know if that is a private site for po box, for sure it is not on a usps post office.

Also, Im not 100% sure if they make you get a bigger po box, I only have gotten back large packages like twice. Maybe if you get bigger packages a couple of times during the week they make you get one, not sure about that.

Definitely helped me, for the past few years I've been ordering stuff delivered to my friends and relatives housed and they all seem to get annoyed...like its a big deal right ...lol. not something i would get annoyed with. but now I added my ebay account name to the list like you said , and I am excited. I reseved it online, have to go down to the post office tomorrow with 2 ids and im all set :bounce: would have went now but they're all closed due to the blizzard :( not even that bad out though

$34 a year???? holy cow...im paying 29.99 for 3 months here...for a secondary receiver, he/she must present with an I.D or they won't allow you.

Don't need a large pobox unless you are receiving tons of non-registered mail. The small ones work fine - notice card will be left if you have a package to receive.
