how to beat competitors on ebay
 

hello i just have started selling items one ebay
but there is some buyers who are selling the same items
and they create a new ebay accounts and buying my items without paying
and they left a negative feedback on my profile
how can i beat them ?

If they are not paying, then open a case and when it closes the feedback automatically gets removed.

Oh wow Yankee I have been getting a lot of non payment and just had a similar feedback issue but didn't check after the case closed. Testou2 all you can do is block them on all your accounts in the future. Happening a lot lately.

put a buyers/bidding block on accounts with no feedback.

craziest thing is that my last 11 buyers have all been 0 to -1 negative feedback carriers and they have all paid and left me positive :behindsofa:

I would take the time to mail them a box of animal crap. I would go outside and round up every dog turd I could find or anything else that will smell foul and mail it to them. Sorry to be grotesque, but I would get a lil payback somehow.

You have to think of your business as a country. One of your expenditures has to be on defense. You need to build an army of stealths prepared to defend your business. Hit them back much harder then they hit you. Destroy them or at least make sure they know that they have too much to lose by messing with you. You know who the competitors are that are attacking you. Most are not that clever. Time to go to war.

Just don't make this your priority and objective. Making a profit while having fun should be the ultimate goal :)

But absolutely war is needed at times. Just rember what is important and when to through in the flag.

Do they buy multiple items? If yes limit the amount of items per buyer.

Do they create accounts in your country? If not restrict selling to specific countries

Do you know which competitor it is? If yes you do have plenty of attack scenarios.

But more important stay focussed on selling.

I agree... if you have multiple accounts. Block your competitors on all of your accounts first... Most importantly!!!

Now you have a choice, do you want revenge or not. If so, then buy something from the malicious buyers from another account. Once you make payment and receive item you can put them through hell. But I also believe in Karma. So be prepared for this to happen to you again if you choose to go the revengeful route.

i found the sollution
and i got my feedback again 100/100
i have just reported that feedback and explained to support
and ebay removed it and banned buyer

Great news testou2, well done you, so good to read about someone having some success at fending off the bad buyers and their awful behaviour, super you got your feedback up again by contacting customer support and getting eBay to remove the bad feedback and banning that buyer. Gives hope to everyone else as well that you took the time to come back here and tell us all about it!
