How to get rid of this problem
 

Hi
Last week i had bought an old 2003's Germany eBay account and when i try to list something i get hit up by some random phone verification and also i get this following error.
"Call us on 00800 200 10200 and let us know the security code 39,172,993,013th This is not the same as the confirmation code that allows you to verify your eBay account .
If you use an IP relay service, you can use the same number."
Can anyone here help me out with this thing?

uh, you DID get a working phone attached and used an internet connection originating in Gemany before you started listing, right?

Did you do any preparation work to take on this german ebay? I mean when was it last sold on? And was that in Germany, or in India? Where is the paypal that would have attached to it?, because that PayPal will never be any use to anyone else, they cannot add it to any other eBay accounts. And you cannot add any other PayPal accounts to this eBay!! Why on earth did you buy it?
