The New Limits

Hello Everyone
As you know eBay is constantly evolving and changing things up on us. The following is my current observation on selling limits. It seems that the 0/0 days are pretty much over, I havn't gotten one in at least a couple of months. It seems they have been replaced with 5/500 accounts (almost as useless). Also gone are the 100/5000 (seems those have been phased out). More common nowadays are the 1000/25000 or 500/25000. Also 25/2500 accounts are now pretty easy to get as well. Below is a list of the new common types of limits that I have come across.
5/500
10/1000
25/2500
500/25000
1000/25000

And these are achieved through the use of the usual stealth methods PLUS using a tracphone # instead of Burner number apps?

Generally yes. This is what I have found personally, so I can not speak for the whole community. I am sure others will chime and give their two cents

I have been seeing these limits as well. I have also received a few 50/5000s, so you can add that to the list :)

I see the same thing. What I also noticed is that I haven't had any crazy limits on the other end of the spectrum either. For a while around Christmas I was getting on almost every new account 1000/25000 upon creation.

I did nothing different to get this limit. Also I haven't changed anything and now every account is 5/500. :confused

My 10/1000 accounts tend to have limit increases to 30/3000.

How are 5/500 limit accounts almost as useless as 0/0 limit accounts?

I've had many 5/500 accounts get raised to 30/3000 or limits higher than that within a month or two recently so they can be pretty useful if you utilize them properly.

yes. All her real info... but vanilla visa card on paypal. Weird I did not have the 1.95 verify. I bought a vanilla card that I can reload and I had to register it online. I had it registered at my address not hers. Paypal wanted to verify by address on card when I linked it. I quickly opened a new browser and changed the address at vanilla debit card. Back to paypal and that was that, no 1.95 on card.
Took me straight back to ebay and my first item listed right then and there

I actually, from my phone partially set up this account 1.5 months ago. I only had to add name and email address. Over the weekend, I set it up completely along with new paypal and got 1000/25000

I partially set up about 6 like this. So we will see how the others turn out. Some will have stealth info

I open 1 account week ago buy some cheap things and right now i list simething and they give me this limits this is good.!!!!!!

You can sell up to 50 items or up to $5,000.00 per month, whichever comes first.

Re: The New Limits

I created 2 accounts yesterday and they both were at the normal 10/1000 limit. I think I'll open 2 more for a total of 10 active accounts and that will probably be all I can manage at the moment until I find ways to be more efficient.

Re: The New Limits

I guess this is why I thought I got an account with no limited on my previous thread
