Removing a Feedback on eBay

Hi everyone, I recently tried to contact eBay UK to remove a negative feedback but they are asking to call them!!!! Before I use to be able to chat to someone and if I was right then they remove the feedback, has anyone experienced the same thing? Has eBay changed their way of dealing with this issue? Since I am using a stealth account I don't want to call them all the time, is their any other way?

for 1 year I use to chat to them and just in the last couple of weeks they don't give me the option for chat!!!

You need to look at the FLAG of the poster.

It is UK.

As of last week, UK had the chance to use Live Chat.
