New Ebay seller selling high value equipment
 

I was on ebay this morning and saw a nice piece of construction equipment I wouldn't mind buying. The seller has zero feedback but their account is 2 months old. Seller has piece of equipment on $.99 cent start auction with a reserve somewhere around $10K. With all the talk of new seller limits how did this legit seller list a high dollar piece for their first item?

Not everyone is a Stealther, also not all items are high risk. The seller also might have contacted Ebay and explained what they were selling, etc.

I just started a new account in my daughters name. I went to her house as to not use my IP. Automatically got 1000 items and 25, 000 to start. I was shocked and excited. I told her I will be coming over to hang out more often now lol

And some sale listings just get past the bots...remember that listings can be pulled up to 90 days once completed

So your daughter has never sold on eBay before in her own account? Maybe this is a situation where eBay seen this as a completely new seller, and so are giving these huge account limits!
