Having multiple accounts with same info
 

Question....It's against EBAY'S POLICY to have more than one account in your name and address, right?? Ebay's system will eventually linked those accounts and they will be closed....Having a discussion with a friend and looking for some clarification...Thanks guys...

It is not against policy.

It is a matter of operation of same.

It is also, imo, a matter of what ebay will allow you to do.

If you know their ways, you can push their buttons.

I have had multiple (currently 8) accounts in my real name since 1998.

At one point I had about 25, but they were all suspended, when linked to a friend who used my computer, that was in 2002.

To get back on, they whittled me down to 5, but I have added a few since then.......so, it can be done, but if you do risky stuff, i.e....vero.....then they will all go down at once.

GB is absolutely correct. You are not restricted to just one account. But once you do something that causes one account to get suspended then the rest should fall like dominos.

That is it exactly, it is definitely the account linking that is the problem that is not going to go away any time soon, that and convincing them that we are who we say we are
