New eBay account with old PayPal
 

I have recently created a new eBay account and I have my old PayPal linked I have sold 3 items and looking to sell items slow to avoid suspicion the account had 10 items listing space per month but I have now been able to upgrade to 25 items if I use different will my old PayPal cause the account to be restricted over time as the PayPal was linked to an account which got restricted all the details have been changed on the account except the
Name and the billing agreement for the restricted eBay account was cancelled?

Yes, it will get linked Josh, eBay/PayPal NEVER forget, they will remember and that is probably sooner rather than later, and your PayPal and new eBay will both be toast, doesn't matter what details you change on the PayPal, you cannot escape the inevitable linking!!

Ticking bomb, just a matter of time....you have doomed that new account.

1 ebay account per paypal. Never reuse.

Agree with the posters above - you should not be reusing old accounts with a new one. You might be able to get away with it for some time but there is a HUGE risk of being smoked out.
