eBay Selling Limits

Hi Guys,

Just letting you all know, eBay selling limits are a joke. I've been selling for two months now, over 42 transactions and 21 DSR 5* ratings on each category and still no limit increases. I've also been selling to the max.

Not happy.

what are your currently selling limits? Maybe its different in the UK, but I get either an increase or the current limit reset like twice a month.

I'm at 15 a month.

If you have been selling more than 45 days you are allowed to contact ebay via chat and get a manual increase, if you feel uncomfortable on the phone.

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your reply. Are you sure? So all I have to do is contact them on chat and say that I am uncomfortable on the phone, sounds fairly easy.

Yes when you go to CONTACT US choose account then selling limits under account :)

Isnt the chance that you get suspended pending verification still increased by contacting eB via chat?
