It is where the right's owner take exception to you listings their items and can then remove your listings or go to eBay and complain loudly. The Disney items that have been all the rage over Christmas from the film 'Frozen', would be a good example, Disney don't like people listing their items anyway, but they particularly don't like any sellers who listed lots of their trademarked items over the busiest shopping period of the year as well, several times the newspapers reported Disney clamping down on different markets importing 'versions' of those trademarked items from that film.

Bear in mind, that not all VeRo rights holders are listed on ebay.

Seller has to be careful of any purchases.
