Default Feature First, Feature Plus

Do any of you use this. Its supposed to give yo top rank in searches and what not. I listed two different auctions selling the same thing with feature plus, I only sold about 20% more with the plus and it wasnt enough to offset the $40 bucks for feature plus. Should I have gone with feature first. Do they feature you better if you have higher feedback/powerseller.

And do anyone use border or highlight. I kinda find them annoying and just skip over them when I'm searching on ebay. Have anyone ever did homepage feature. Looking for some good feedback on how to increase sales.

How else to people get 15 to 20 orders a day. Think I'll try the feature first out.

I've noticed certain featured auctions being placed ABOVE other feature auctions with MORE time left.. and was always curious! Thanks

It depends on what you are selling and how many pages in the category that you are selling in to see if it is worth using. Also like 1 person said it makes your competitors made and come after you :(. I do use the highlight type features and they work great for me.

Ive read the featured first only has the "chance" to show your listings above and on the first page. Sort of like playing the lottery. When you used to use featured to get on the first page definitely.

I had tested both out. Its only worth it if you have alot of inventory to sell with a good profit margin, because they ain't cheap.

The feature plus which "Showcase your listing in the Featured area of search results" didn't do any good since there was 50 other pages of competition. It only helps out where there aint much competition.

The feature first which "Showcase your listing at the top of search results in the Featured area" actually helped me make sales. There were 50 pages of competition, but it listed my auctions about the 4th one down in the featured area of searches. Helped me make about 10 sales a day.

Interesting. Thanks. I am thinking putting just one up for the 24 and 10 days, and seeing how it goes getting views on the other similar inventory. All I need is to get um to my store, I have the best pricing.

it works great, i use it.... but make sure u can beat your competition or u will not sell anything people are going to go for the lowest prices... and highlight your item it helps alot...

go on ebay and find the item you are trying to sell and see another persons first featured item click on their link.. and go to purchases and see how much they sell a day and their prices they sell them for... and u should get a idea if it is worth it or not..
