I would hope not. 'they' were not the ones who supposedly purchased the item. So Why would ebay allow feedback from the account. If anyone knows please let me know. thanks!!

Yes they can leave feedback as it would just act as a refund on ebay sales page if it gets reversed.

Sadly yes and it still counts towards metrics, last time I checked - hope I am wrong about this with all the changes going on but I doubt it

We discussed this last time.... buyers do things that endanger accounts.

Have you set your buying requirements yet in an effort to reduce hassles. I hope so.

yes. But no not really. it didn't help much if any. Scammers are still running mad in the cellphone category, laptops and anything video game repated, ipads ect. Ebay seems to have helped a little. Still all a bit crazy. they gotta do something.
