Its called feedback manipulation and ebay can suspend your account as well as all involved accounts for it.

If you have some budget - you may sell them without any profit or even at a loss. Would be a nice investment into your account. Much better that buying some 0.99 GBP eBooks, just because buying feedbacks are useless, and you even can get banned for buying or selling ebooks, as ebay seems not to like digital delivery goods at all. But I would never suggest to trade between stealth accounts, it is very risky, as usually small buyers buy from big old sellers, and almost never from one month old sellers.
