Raising Feedback for new account Need advice

I am looking to raising my feedback on an account. I was planning to use VCC and making some purchases like gift cards, vouchers and anything virtual in terms of goods. When I add a VCC to the account will it raise any issues for payment or cause my account to get flagged. Thanks! for your help everyone.

You can buy items with a vcc with no problems.
