Got good results, and if so for how long did you get results and what are the pros and cons of buying an account?

Look at the sellers feedback.
The account is only as good as you are. If you can run an ebay business and have good items along with service then you will have great results. If you sell crappy products and have crappy service or handle high risk items then you will have crappy results.
