You just need to change IP address from your router and have a different user account on your PC and... follow the stealth guide for all the other details.

No PC format is necessary.

Search and read the forum. Plenty of infos in here.

If you have specific questions, ask in a thread.

P.S: illegal stuf will get you banned again and again and might bring even more troubles... just for you to know.

Open a new account on windows it is:

- easyer
- safer
- a brand new world (so you a re focused on the new account and don't mix-up)

Id open a new user account, change IP address, change PC name...just to name many other things you have to do.

@yanov, you have many options in the USA for IP: dongles....cellphone tethering...few examples other than VPS

Get a VPS, very handy. Don't mess with your router, one mistake and you will get suspended.
