Slim chance I will come out. Lady on the phone says I would get selling restrictions but not banned. But with ebay I have no idea what to believe.

If you are currently above standard and will become below standard, paypal holds will occur and possibly lower visibility if in flooded markets. When you do the math can you get out of it? Fast one day .99 auctions? or does the math show a downward spiral over a couple months?

Not by the 20th. When I'm above standard again for the next evaluation will I get my accounts freedoms back ?

Apart from your Nigerian issues, what else are you not doing?


These days you simply can not risk 2% defect rate.

If you can get it turned around by March 20th, you should be good to go. Hopefully they do not cut your limits and make it impossible to dig yourself out.

Is this all International?
In the USA you can as a general rule always be below standard Global and have no issues. Quite honestly, USA to UK it is very hard to not be below standard and this is the biggest reason why. With that being said, I keep hearing about new issues with below standard in Global these days.

Most of the time you get your limits lowered.
If defect rate is over 10% you might get banned

You probably get limits lowered and what is the worst PayPal holds will come back.

The Feb 20 evaluation is the twelve month period ending last month JANUARY

So whatever the projection is that cannot be changed at this point , but you still have 2 weeks in February to correct your status for Match evaluation which is the 12 month period ending at the last day of February

So sell as much as you can this month to dilute those defects
