Default Good items to buy to raise FB

So with my lovely fresh eBay account. I want to raise the feedback past the 7-10 mark before selling even 1 item. So my question is what are good items to buy so you recycle them and not break the bank. I know everyone says buy small stuff. Although I am planning to run these accounts years to come. I know the items that I am selling are non Vero and have these items sourced from authorized distributor.

Thanks

Buying feedback means nothing when it comes to being a seller....nothing wrong with buyer feedback but you should concentrate on selling feedback and not so much on buyer feedback.

If you want your account to look as "normal" as possible buying a few items before start selling, just buy small things you might need or you can re-sell bette later.

But, as MM78 wrote above, buyer feedbacks doesnt meean much when it comes to selling.

I do not do this any more because I don't see a need, but I used to buy cheap Chinese stuff. Earrings, necklace, beads, etc. Hit the auctions early in the morning. I'd never pay more than $.50 an item and only buy free shipping items

Buyers feedback is 100% worthless.
I only buy to cashout or if I need something and for the nay sayers who say no one buys from 0 feedback sellers, you are very mistaken.

Very true yankee, it all depends how good the first items listed are, if there is a demand for them, or at least some sort of interest in them, so that people will go out of their way to buy them and be happy enough with them to leave feedback.

I think it makes the account look more normal to do this. I buy cheap stuff from China I can give as Christmas gifts. Scarves for the nephews wives, cute but cheap earrings for the daughter in law, panda things for the step daughter, poisonous herbs for my mother in law (just kidding).

100% agree. I have been running stealth's since 2008. I prefer to start out buying some cheap items to get feedback and make it look like I am new to eBay before I start selling. When I do sell I always start off with household items. Has helped me avoid some of the phone calls everyone on here is always complaining about.

I think you're [people who think feedback as a buyer is not important] giving too much credit to your potential customers,
If you're selling high risk items, then right, the customer will probably search for your seller feedback, but if not, most of them won't tell the difference between seller feedback and buyer feedback [they probably won't buy from zero feedback seller].

When a buyer clicks on the feedback link, it does not show buyers feedback.....It will show ZERO.. The buyer would then have to click "show all feedback" to even see buyers feedback.

I can give at least 127 examples of zero feedback accounts selling a few thousand dollars in items in a couple weeks or a lot more even. Mostly in a small nitch market that is competitive. A LOT of people don't want to buy from mega sellers as well. They see those mega sellers as the 1% corporate greed amazingly...

True, but myself as a buyer before I became a seller,
I don't think I've ever clicked the feedback link on the listing [I thought it shows only seller feedback, I discovered it is not only after I became a seller],
just saw good percentage, compared prices and bought [low price items].
BTW, I sold only once with zero feedback account, and felt the difference.
