IP never the same one day to next

We are always told to change IP address but mine changes every day (ie. dynamic), I think you actually have to pay extra to get a static IP,no?. Can someone please explain?

Different isps operate diff ways some dynamic some static. Dynamic is awesome if your running multiple accts start logging ips.

If your not running multiples than keep your cookies intact and you will be good

If your ip always changes, make sure to note them all down on excel to not have repeats. If you want a static ip can look into stuff like VPN/VPS
