How long till you convert a new ebay account to seller account
 

How long do I have to wait until I convert a eBay buyer account into actuall seller's account? I read that making it a seller account on the same day that you made the account is a red flag.... How long after I have bid/history/cookies/ or even buying stuff do i have to wait to convert it to a seller's account? It seems like whenever I create an account, I get zero limits... Could that be that I create them too fast??

There are folks here that do it same day.......I'm a fan of 2-4 weeks of browsing, some bidding and maybe even 1 or 2 purchases....not a must though.

If you get zero limits, you have flaws in your methods.

0. Name, Address, IP, Tracfone, email address (All new and ready before creating accounts)
1. Create Paypal first and verify it to 80%
2. Create eBay account and click the sell to convert it to seller's account
3. Use the same address on eBay as Paypal for shipping info
4. Verify using a Vanilla visa card on eBay and use for fees.
5. Listing my first item...

What did I do wrong? I'm still getting the Zero limits....

Perfect method, althoigh you dont have to list your first item right away, you have the option to only convert to seller.
Btw sometimes if you list an item right away, they give you the mc999 which you have to call in and answer easy questios, but avoidabe if you wait like a week or so

I create the seller acct same day, and I do not list immediately unless the limits appear to be unknown (not unlimited).

I have not seen these New MC999s in over 2 months. Are some ppl still getting these on new accounts?

As soon as bank is confirmed I join Ebay as a seller and link paypal. Often list that day also.

As pointed out, no initial list mc999 in several months.

I do it same day. Although i create the account, browse and bid, log out, repeat. End of thr day i will create seller account.

your method is exactly the same method i use.

are you sure you are listing low risk items? are you using stock photos?
