a couple of NOOB Questions
 

hi guys having been recently suspended from ebay and paypal,i left all my eggs in one basket using just one account,now i need to look into stealth i have the book and its great help,i have a few questions how do i verify accounts if they have stealth names and two how would i buy items to get feedback if i am using a false address how would i get the items,what are the keys points for creating new stealth accounts sorry if i sound dumb just new to me thanks

When you ask 'how to verify an account' - are you referring to the ebay or paypal account? The fact they have a stealth name means nothing when it comes to verifying them.
Assuming youre talking about a US account here to verify the paypal account add a VBA which you can buy here on the forums. The ebay account is verified as a seller by receiving the phone call - plenty of services that offer either a free phone number or forwarding services to your number - do your research on those.
You shouldn't be using these as your regular buying accounts. Ideally you would access to the address on the accounts but its not necessary. I myself have a couple of account on my real name that I use for buying only. All my seller accounts I never use for buying.
As for key points to creating stealth accounts - now youre asking a bit much and a bit too general. Buy the guide and study it. All the info you need is in there. if you have any questions about specific steps in the account creation process you can always ask those.

If you plan on buying items, use an address you have access to. Po box, mail forwarding companies, etc

I assume you mean verify a paypal account? To do that you create the stealth paypal, then add your real bank account.

Almost all answers are in the guide.

thanks for the advise,just another question if paypal ask for photo id and bill how would i produce that,and another is it wise to build up much feedback first before selling thanks
