where i can find a good VCC to pay my ebay fees on ebay UK ? Is entropay still good for paying fees ?

Vanilla Visa also works for US not sure about entro

I just used the search box above which said that US can use Entropay by adding it to paypal first then Entropay takes over as the bank for you, if you try to use Entropay directly to pay your fee's it causes huge problems, so hope that helps you out with your question.
