Are ebay store seller fees higher or lower?

I'm a bit confused. On ebay fee calculator the fee is 8% with a store and 10% without a store. However I looked this up online and it says it's a higher fee with a store. What is right?. Was it used to be one way and they changed it?. Really confused. Thanks for any help

Mods I am making a 3rd thread. I had seen a glitchs in the ebay fee calculator. That or ebay fees had gone down 50%
