my payapl got banned (stealth)

my ebays are both fine no ban or anything can i still use that ebay link to new stealth paypal?

The simple, and only, answer is: no.

you have to start with a brand new PayPal and a brand new eBay.

thanks i have aged my paypal ebay for 3 months and have few payments in and out

aswel as 7 items sold in paypal area where i need 10 to lift the 21 days hold can i start listing high end items now like electronic goods?

Starting to sell electronics is always risky and the way youre describing it even more so.
There are no set rules with ebay and there are no guarantees that once you sell a set number of items the limits will be lifted. They'll only evaluate your account and make a decision - no one is saying it will happen for sure. Also, just because the 21 day hold is lifted (IF it is lifted) doesnt mean you can automatically start selling electronics.
You need to go slow. Especially with electronics and especially when you just start selling them. Be smart about it.

i see how about receiving only paypal payments for electronic goods and not sell on ebay

is that safe? in another words people will just pay in my paypal dirct i can say to paypal its for charity or something lol

if i upgrade paypal to business whats diffrence?

Or, at least for me, make simple phrases like: "the dog is in the garden" or "the pen is on the table"

I know they are not.

paypal know the sources of funds. Making up stories about 'a charity' will not work.

With the 21 day hold you need to sell consistently throughout the 90 days , and once They feel you have enough history of good selling they will lift the hold


Also , if you are selling say all $5 items in one category for 90 days and the holds are lifted, and than you start selling a $200+ electronic item, PayPal has been placing holds back on


So never rely totally that the funds will be instant
