Can you get ebay to remove all of your info to avoid cross checking?

Hi all, I have just been onto ebay support for about the milliont time since my account was suspended indefinitly last year for too many bad feedbacks,. I had 2 people who had each purchased 3 items off me who claimed they had not recieved items.

Anyway, i have just had enough with going thorught the million processes and ebay eventually sending you a canned responce, so on live help i have asked if ebay remove all inomation that they have on me. I want every little bit of info linked to me and my account totally removed.

The support guy, told me he has put a termination request in that takes 10 days, does anyone know if this is true?

And if so, can i safley create a new account of will they still hold data on me?

Just create a new eBay account from scratch. Get Modee tech support and he'll help you with everything.

thanks, iprobably will do. Just concearned with how i am going to get a new address to use.

To get a new address you simply need to rent a UPS private mail box. They give you a real street address so to eBay you look more legit.

Not one word of truth from the 'support guy'. Your information is kept forever.
Don't be naive. Do as John1489 says, move on and make a new account.

he probably meant to disable all forms of email notifications and things of that sort.

Don't believe anything ebay tells you because they keep every scrap of information on you no matter what you tell them to do. They even had a show on ebay showing how they have a special data room that keeps every scrap of information. Get another account and get a private mailbox.
