Whereabouts is it?

Ebay has changed how to select countries to post items to. IT used to be easy just tick the continents in postage.

NOW I cannot see WHERE TO SELECT COUNTRIES not to post in.

Anyone can tell me how to navigate to that page?

Is it while you set up in sell item?

OR do I have to use advanced sel loption?
They really made things different.
