How do i print a sample label without paying!?
 

Long story short i gave up on my ebay business when my label printer died, today i felt like giving it ago so i went and bought some ink for my Hp Deskjet 1056 (actually my brother bought me the ink). I then proceeded to test my ink by downloading sample label (pictures) off of google images. The problem is they always fade the address (the bar code is fine). My theory is the pictures i'm downloading were not standard label size (4x6).

I have been searching all day for a website that lets me install a sample label first but no site exist! USPS, Paypal, Ebay, etc...all require payment first. I don't have any money so i was gonna pay once i sold my item (like i always do) but if the label comes out faded again i won't be able to reimburse my buyer the shipping cost (well not for 15 days).

The funny thing is when i print the printer alignment sheet, the small text comes out perfectly fine (this is why i believe the problem lies on the pictures i downloaded).

Is there any website that allows me to test my printer?

seems to be only the small text that's effected.

This is exactly why I went to a thermal printer for labels. I got tired of dealing with issues like this...

That's why i'm trying to sell some stuff so i can buy another label printer. But i don't want to sell a hundred dollar item only for the label to come out unusable.
