Let me ask you a question, Lets say you don't use a VCC/Gift Card and you only put a Bank Account.....are you willing to risk the bank account if the Ebay/Paypal don't make it?

Best to add VCC first then figure out if its a good account and add bank

I myself add a VCC and a VBA.
If I were you I wouldnt risk my own bank account and instead would buy a VBA from one of the sellers on the forums for a few dollars and save my own bank account until I knew for a fact the account was operating well. It would be a shame to 'burn' a good account should things not work out.
