Getting Product Liability Insurance
Hi all,
One thing just came across my mind is where to get Product Liability insurance, and is it even worth getting. Say you sell some product and it does some degree of damage, and the customer decides to file a lawsuit, the trouble may come. Lawyers can find 101 reasons to start a lawsuit if its worth it.
Many are selling without a second through in mind, but taking product liability into consideration the sellers could be liable too, not only manufacturers.
Any ideas ?
What to do, and how to protect ?
