Does cookies also varies new stealth account selling limit?
 

Just out of curiosity, does cookies on a new user account varies the new stealth account selling limit? Because one of my business partner did a little experiment, where he used the same user account for creating a new ebay account? We had our previous ebay account suspended from the same user account that he used to create a new ebay account. Historically, the new ebay account oddly had a high selling limit. Is there a answer for this?

Same user account....bad experiment....likely linked to the old suspended account...only time will tell.

I haven't experimented to check this and I think it's dangerous....what's he doing about new pp for the new eb account?
