0 item 0 limits on UK stealth account
 

I made 10 accounts last month and the first one I tried to sell on gave me the 0 item 0 limits until I add a bank account and confirm it to be able to sell.
This has never happened to me before, but should I just bin the account and use the others or add the bank account? I am only asking as eventually I will have to add the bank account, but with it asking has this flagged the account for some reason or does this happen often? I just dont want to add a bank account and it does not raise the limits.

What should I do?

This is happening a LOT on new accounts..i really don't think its due to linking.
But it does happen more often now than it used to.

It happened to me as well. But in my country, bank verification is not available, so I just called PP and explained that, and they just removed this requirement for me. For countries where bank account is accepted, you may try to say that you don't have it, only a debit card without a public bank account. Or... you may search for a VBA, some people here sell them.

So what have you done with your other 9 accounts peterspike, have you added bank accounts to all of them?, because that's the only way of course over here to verify them. Sounds like you are going to have to add a bank to that one and if you have not done yet, be prepared to add them to the others.

Its a UK PayPal so it needs a UK bank account
